This chiffon dress with V-neck by Moe is short, sleeveless and fully lined. The top is fitted, the waist is marked by a gathered band, and the skirt flares out from there. The maker calls it a mini dress and gives a length of 88 cm in size S.

The piece: three prints by Moe
Moe is a Polish label that sells through a fashion wholesaler in Poland. The supplier lists three models of this dress, 193588 to 193590, and calls all three "multicolor". The photos tell them apart: an orchid pink with purple flowers, an off-white with pink roses and a black with pink roses.
The supplier describes the dress as a contrast between a fitted top and a flared bottom, and points to the lining, which makes the chiffon fall in soft folds over it.
Who it's for
For you if you like a short dress with a defined waist and bare arms. The straps are wide enough to cover a bra strap, and the full lining means you do not need a slip under the sheer fabric.
The skirt is short. On the model it ends at mid-thigh, so think about how you feel in that length before you pick it for a windy outdoor party.

Fabric and feel: lined polyester chiffon
The dress is 100% polyester. The outer layer is chiffon, a thin, slightly sheer weave that moves with every step. Underneath sits a full lining, which the supplier says adds comfort and helps the chiffon lie well on the body.
There is no stretch fibre in the composition. The give comes from the elastic at the back of the waist and from the side zip.
Fit and silhouette: fitted top, flared skirt
Size M has a chest of 95 cm, a waist of 68 cm and a length of 90.5 cm. Each size up adds 5 cm at the chest and 4 cm at the waist. The waist figures look small, and that is because the back of the waistband is elastic and stretches when you wear it.
Go by your chest measurement first, since the top is fitted and the fabric does not stretch. The skirt is wide enough that hips do not matter for the size.

Styling: pick a colour from the print
The photos show ankle-strap heels in a colour taken from the print: fuchsia with the pink dress, nude with the white one, black with the black one. That trick works for bags too.
For daytime, flat sandals or white sneakers and a jeans jacket bring it down to earth. On a cool evening the black print takes a short black blazer well.
Occasions
The supplier files it under day dresses. A flower print on chiffon suits a garden party, a summer wedding as a guest, a birthday lunch or a holiday dinner. The off-white print is light in colour; for a wedding, the pink or the black one avoids any question.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress. Chiffon in general snags on rough surfaces and sharp jewellery, so a laundry bag is a good idea whatever the label says about temperature.
The wow detail: two layers at the hem
The chiffon is cut a little longer than the lining. At the hem you see a narrow band where the print is sheer and the light comes through. When the skirt moves, that edge floats. It is why the dress looks light in the photos even though it is fully lined.
