This printed mini dress by Moe is short, close-fitting and covered at the top. The sleeves are long and narrow, the neckline is high, and shoulder pads lift the shoulder line.
The maker lists a length of 89 cm in S and 93.5 cm in XL. The fabric is 95% polyester with 5% spandex, without a lining. You choose between two prints on a black ground.

The piece: models 184733 and 184734 by Moe
Moe is the maker's label. Its description is brief: a dress with long narrow sleeves, shaping seams on the front, no lining, a covered zip, and stitched shoulders with high pads sewn in.
The two prints are quite different. The one we list as "multicolor" has pink, green and blue flowers woven through chain motifs. The one we list as "Black And Gold" has beige-gold scrolls in a baroque style; the maker files that colour under brown. Both sit on black.
Who it's for
For you if you like a short dress and prefer to show leg and nothing else. Arms, shoulders and chest are covered, which makes the short hem feel balanced.
You also need to like a shoulder with presence. The pads are high and they are sewn in, so they stay.

The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The spandex gives the stretch a fitted dress with narrow sleeves needs when you bend your arms.
There is no lining, so the printed fabric is the only layer. On a black ground that is rarely a problem for opacity, though we have no fabric weight to confirm it. The print covers the whole dress, sleeves included.

The maker's table goes up in even steps. Chest is 88 cm in S, 93 cm in M, 98 cm in L and 103 cm in XL; waist runs from 74 to 89 cm and hips from 96 to 111 cm. Length adds one and a half centimetres per size, from 89 to 93.5 cm.
On the model the hem sits on the upper thigh. Measure 89 to 93.5 cm down from your shoulder to see where it lands on you. If you are tall and want more length, a size up gives you very little, so decide on width first.

Styling: plain everything else
The print and the shoulders already ask for attention, so the rest can be quiet. The model wears gold-tone heeled sandals and no visible jewellery, and that is enough.
In colder months, black opaque tights and ankle boots make the dress wearable outside party season. A long coat works better over padded shoulders than a fitted jacket, which would fight the pads.
Occasions
The maker files it under day dresses, but with this print and length we see it in the evening: drinks, a birthday, a dinner in town, a night of dancing. The scroll print leans festive and suits December well.

The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress. With sewn-in shoulder pads it pays to hang the dress on a wide hanger so the pads keep their shape.
