The maker's description is two short sentences: an openwork dress with an open back with binding, and a lining. Everything else on this page comes from the size table and the photos.
One correction. The English text we receive calls the dress strapless. The photos clearly show thin shoulder straps, and we go by the photos. Model 181673 is the beige one, 181674 the black.
Who it's for
For you if you like a short dress and are happy to show your back. You cannot wear an ordinary bra under it; the back is bare from the shoulder blades to the waist.
It is a holiday dress first. The cotton and the lining make it a piece you can wear in real heat, and the chest runs from 82 cm in S to 91 cm in L.

Fabric and feel: 100% cotton, lined
The maker lists 100% cotton. The fabric is embroidered with small cut-out holes, the technique known as broderie anglaise or eyelet. It lets air through, which is the point of a dress like this.
Because the fabric has holes, the lining matters. The maker confirms there is one. It does not say what the lining is made of or how far down it runs, so we cannot tell you either.
Fit and silhouette: fitted top, flared short skirt
The maker's table gives a chest of 82 cm in S, 86 cm in M and 91 cm in L. The waist is listed as a range: 72-80 cm, 78-86 cm and 84-90 cm. A range like that suggests the waist gives a little.
There is no length in the table. On the models the hem lands at mid-thigh, so count on a short dress. The top is fitted, with triangle-shaped cups, and the skirt flares out from the waistband.

Styling: sandals and not much else
The beige is photographed with lace-up heeled sandals, the black with flat woven ones. Both work. Heels make it a dress for dinner on the boulevard, flats make it a dress for the walk to the beach.
Wear your hair up at least once. The back is the reason you bought it. A jeans jacket over the shoulders covers you when the sun goes down.
Occasions
The supplier files it under day dresses. We see it on holiday, at a garden party and on a terrace on the first warm evening of the year.
For the office the back is too open. With a cardigan on top you could get away with it on a hot Friday.

A general tip for eyelet cotton: wash it in a laundry bag. The cut-out embroidery can catch on hooks and zips of other clothes.
The wow detail: one tie
Two openwork bands run from the shoulders down the sides of the back. Between them there is only skin and one thin tie. It is a small thing, and it changes the dress from pretty to memorable.
