This long lace dress by Och Bella is made of floral lace from the straps to the scalloped hem. The skirt falls in tiers and ends in a frill, and on the model it reaches mid-calf. The maker gives it a lining and adjustable straps.
It comes in sizes S to XL. The chest measures 82 cm in S and 96 cm in XL.

The piece: models 181671 and 182556 by Och Bella
Och Bella sells through a Polish fashion wholesaler. The supplier's description is three sentences long: a lace dress with adjustable straps and a sweetheart neckline, with a lining, and a decorative frill at the bottom. The rest of what we describe here comes from the photos.
Beige and black are active at the supplier. White, model 181672, is no longer active, so it can only be ordered while its button shows it. Stock is small in every colour.
Who it's for
For you if you like a romantic summer dress and do not mind showing your back and shoulders. The top is small and the skirt is wide, so it suits a smaller bust more easily than a full one; the chest measurement stops at 96 cm in XL.
The lower half of the skirt is unlined lace. Your legs show through from above the knee down.

Fabric and feel: stretch lace with a short lining
The composition is 90% polyamide and 10% spandex. That is a lace with a good deal of stretch. In the photos it has a large floral pattern with open areas between the flowers.
The maker says the dress has a lining and gives no detail. From the photos, the lining covers the body down to above the knee and the rest of the skirt is lace alone, which is what makes the lower tiers look so light.
Fit and sizing: chest only, so use the straps
The maker's table gives one measurement per size: the chest, at 82 cm in S, 86 cm in M, 91 cm in L and 96 cm in XL. There is no waist and no length. The gathered band under the bust and the stretch in the lace give some tolerance.
From there the skirt widens, so waist and hips are free. The adjustable straps decide how high the top sits and, with it, where the hem ends on your leg.

Styling: tan sandals, or boots when summer ends
The beige and white versions are shown with tan and clear heeled sandals, the black one with black mules. Flat sandals and a straw bag take it to the beach bar.
A short jeans jacket covers the bare back on a cool evening without hiding the tiers. In September the black one works with ankle boots and a chunky cardigan.
Occasions
The supplier lists it as a day dress. It is at home on holiday, at a summer party, a festival or a beach wedding. The white version reads bridal, which is fine for your own registry-office day and risky as a guest.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress. Lace in general catches on zips, hooks and jewellery; a laundry bag keeps the scalloped hem intact.
The wow detail: the skirt turns sheer halfway down
Because the lining is shorter than the lace, the dress changes as it goes down. The top half is covered. The bottom half lets light through, and when you walk in the sun the flowers of the lace throw their pattern on your legs. The frill at the hem moves the most.
