A loose shirt dress you can pull on and go
This shirt dress by BeWear takes the top of a shirt, with its collar and a few buttons, and lets the rest fall wide. There is no waist seam and no belt. It hangs from the shoulders and flares towards the hem.
It is made of 100% polyester and comes in dusty pink, khaki green, black and light beige, in sizes S to XXL. The maker's table gives a length of 99 cm in S and 105 cm in XXL, around the knee on the model.

The piece: a BeWear day dress in four colours
BeWear is a Polish label that sells through a fashion wholesaler. The supplier's description is one sentence: a shirt dress with a flared bottom, ideal for work and vacations. Each colour has its own model number, from 177966 to 177969, with the same size table.
The photos tell you more. The placket is short, three buttons that stop at the chest, so you pull the dress over your head. The sleeves are rolled to below the elbow and held there by a small tab with a button. The supplier calls the colours pink, green, black and beige; our "Taupe" button is that beige.
Who it's for
For you if you want a dress that does not touch the waist or hips. The cut is generous: even size S has a chest of 104 cm and hips of 124 cm in the maker's table.
It suits you if you like easy clothes that still look put together. The collar does that. Sizes go up to XXL, with a chest of 124 cm.

Fabric and feel: 100% polyester
The composition is 100% polyester. In the photos the fabric is matte with a fine texture and enough body to hold the A-line. It does not cling to the legs and the collar stands neatly.
Polyester keeps its colour and shape in a suitcase, which fits the supplier's line about vacations. On a very hot day you may want something more open, so think of this as a dress for spring, autumn and air-conditioned offices.
Fit and silhouette: wide from the shoulder
The dress is cut wide on purpose. The maker's table gives a chest of 104 cm in S, growing by five centimetres per size to 124 cm in XXL. The hips are 20 cm wider than the chest in every size, which is the flare.
Because of that room, many women can take their usual size or one smaller. The table does not say whether these are garment or body measurements, but with these numbers they can only be the garment. Compare the chest with a loose shirt you own.

Styling: let the shoes be loud
In the photos every colour is worn with bright heeled sandals: magenta with the pink, orange-red with the green, black and beige. It is a good trick. A calm dress with a loud shoe looks deliberate.
For work, wear it with loafers and a long cardigan. On holiday, flat sandals and a straw bag. If you miss a waist, add your own belt; the cut takes one easily.
Occasions
The supplier names work and vacations, and both are right. It is an office dress on Monday and a sightseeing dress on Saturday. It also works for a casual lunch, a school meeting or a day of travel, when you want to sit for hours without a waistband.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data we receive has no care instructions, so please go by the label sewn into the dress. We would rather tell you that than guess.
One general habit for shirt dresses: close the buttons and unroll the sleeves before washing, so the tabs and the placket keep their shape.
The wow detail: the sleeve tab
A small strap on the outside of each sleeve buttons the rolled cuff in place. You see it from the side and from the back, and it gives a plain dress a bit of a safari jacket about it. It also means the sleeves stay rolled all day, which anyone who has pushed up shirt sleeves ten times before lunch will appreciate.
