A flared shirt dress with a belt you tie yourself
This shirt dress by Numoco has a collar and buttons at the top, a tie belt at the waist and a skirt that flares to the knee. The sleeves are 3/4 length and there are pockets in the side seams.
The fabric is 95% polyester with 5% spandex and has little stretch. The supplier calls it a Polish product. It comes in five plain colours.

The piece: five colours, one small difference
Numoco sells this dress through a fashion wholesaler in Poland with a model number per colour. They are bottle green, burgundy (our button says "red"), cobalt blue, a cream beige and a camel-toned mocha (our button says "beige 2").
The green is the oldest model and differs slightly in the photos: its buttons run all the way to the hem and the belt is tied at the front. On the four newer colours the buttons stop at the waist and the belt is tied at the back. Everything else is shared, including the size table.
The gallery also shows two printed versions, a scarf print and an animal print. They are not part of this listing.
Who it's for
For you if you want a dress that is ready for work without a jacket. The collar gives it the authority of a shirt, and the flared skirt keeps it easy to sit and walk in.
It also suits you if you like pockets. They sit in the side seams, where the model keeps her hands in half the photos.

Fabric and feel: smooth, with little stretch
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The maker describes the material as pleasant to the touch and low in stretch; for the newest colour it even says non-stretch. So treat this as a woven dress and do not count on the fabric to give.
In the photos the cloth is smooth and matte and holds the flare of the skirt in clean folds.
Fit and silhouette: room on top, belt for the waist
The chest is cut with ease: 98 cm in S, 104 in M, 106 in L and 112 cm in XL. The waist seam measures 82 to 94 cm, and you draw it in with the belt. The length runs from 102 to 106 cm. The blue also comes in XXL, with 114 cm at the chest.
Because the fabric has little stretch, choose the size that fits your chest and let the belt do the rest.

Styling: bow at the front or at the back
The belt changes the dress. Tied in a bow at the back, as in most photos, the front stays clean and looks formal. Tied at the front, it is softer. You can also swap it for a narrow belt of your own.
The photos show nude heels and a small bag. For the office, add pumps and a watch. At the weekend, white trainers and the sleeves pushed up bring it down a notch.
Occasions
The maker suggests work, a meeting or a family dinner, in any season. We agree, and would add a job interview and a school event to the list.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress. We would rather tell you that than guess.
One practical habit: take the belt off before washing and put it in with the dress, so it does not wrap itself around everything else.
