This Numoco dress borrows its top from a blazer. It is a dress with a lapel collar on a crossover neckline, 3/4 sleeves and a narrow skirt that ends at the knee.
The fabric is a stretch blend of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The maker's table gives a length of 94 cm in S and 96 cm in L and XL. You can order it in navy blue and in bottle green.

Numoco describes an elegant dress with an envelope neckline and 3/4 sleeves in a stretch fabric, and calls it feminine and comfortable. The bottle green version carries the name Kelly, and the maker suggests it for formal meetings and evening outings. The supplier states it is made in Poland.
The photos show what the description leaves out. The neckline has a notched lapel, so the top reads as a jacket. Pleats run from one side of the waist across the front and soften the fitted shape.
Navy blue and bottle green are available.
Who it's for
For you if you need to look sharp at work and do not want to wear a suit. The collar gives the dress authority, and the stretch lets you sit through a long meeting.
It is a fitted cut. Size M has a chest of 92 cm, a waist of 76 cm and hips of 98 cm. The pleats at the front give a little room over the stomach.

Fabric and feel: a smooth stretch fabric
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, and the maker calls it a stretch fabric. In the photos it is matte and smooth with enough body to keep the lapel flat.

Fit and silhouette: close, to the knee
The maker's table gives a chest of 88 cm in S, 92 cm in M, 96 cm in L and 100 cm in XL. The waist runs from 72 cm to 84 cm and the hips from 94 cm to 106 cm.
The length is 94 cm in S, 95 cm in M and 96 cm in L and XL. On the model that is at the knee. Between two sizes, the stretch lets you take the smaller one if you like a close fit.
