We should be open about the pictures. They look computer-generated to us. The cowl neck and long sleeves match the supplier's title, so the type of blouse is clear. How deep the drape falls, how much the fabric shines and the exact shade of the blue can differ on the real piece. In the images the blue is a muted grey-blue.
Who it's for
For you if you want a dressy top without buttons, bows or prints. The drape is the decoration. It works for anyone who finds a shirt collar too strict and a plain round neck too bare.

Styling: let the neckline lead
The images show it tucked into a shiny champagne skirt with hoop earrings and the hair up. That last part is the useful tip: with a cowl at the front and a V at the back, an updo or a ponytail shows both.
Skip the necklace, or keep it very short. For work, pair the black or white one with tailored trousers. Under a blazer the cowl fills the space where a shirt collar would sit.
