Fabric and feel: light corduroy

Corduroy is usually a heavier fabric for cold months. This version is 100% polyester according to the supplier, and in the photos it looks thin and soft, with a fine rib. Think of it as a summer short with the texture of corduroy.

Fit and silhouette: loose through the hip

The waist is elastic, measured at 70 cm in S up to 105 cm in 5XL, and the drawstring lets you tighten it. The hip is generous, 110 cm in S to 145 cm in 5XL, which gives the loose leg you see in the photos.

Length runs from 45 cm to 52 cm. Choose by your waist, and size up if you are between two sizes and like room. The supplier notes a possible difference of 1-2 cm.

Styling: a white tee is all it takes

Every photo shows the shorts with a plain white T-shirt, and that is the right idea. Khaki, beige and grey are the calm colours. Lilac, mint and terracotta are for people who like their summer clothes a bit louder.

Add an open shirt and sandals for dinner on holiday, or a hoodie for a cool evening.

Care: check the label first

The supplier data has no care instructions, so follow the label sewn into the shorts. As general practice for corduroy: wash inside out so the ribs keep their look, and tie the cord loosely so it does not slip into the waistband.
