A fitted dress with ruffles that run from shoulder to waist
This fitted dress with ruffles has one idea and carries it out well. A wide ruffle starts at the shoulder, crosses the chest on a diagonal and ends at the waist. Everything else is kept plain: a V-neck, three-quarter sleeves, a straight skirt to the knee.
Numoco produces it in Poland in 95% polyester with 5% spandex. The colour we have is powder pink, in S to XL.

The piece: model 152838 by Numoco
The maker's text is short: an elegant dress with a neckline, frills and 3/4 sleeves, of Polish production. The supplier files it under formal and cocktail dresses.
Who it's for
For you if you want a dress for an occasion and do not want to add much to it. The ruffle is the decoration, so jewellery can stay small.
The cut is close to the body from chest to knee. If you prefer room around the hips, a flared dress will serve you better.

The maker does not mention a zip or a lining, and the back in the photos is plain.
Fabric and feel: polyester with stretch
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The maker says nothing more about the fabric.
In the photos it is smooth and matte and has enough body for the ruffle to stand away from the dress instead of lying flat. The spandex gives the stretch a fitted dress needs for sitting and walking.
Fit and silhouette: close, to the knee
The table for the pink dress: size S has a chest of 86 cm, a waist of 74 cm and hips of 94 cm, and is 98 cm long. L has 94, 84 and 100 cm and is 100 cm long. XL is the same length with 96, 86 and 102 cm.
Size M is listed with a chest of 88 cm, hips of 96 cm and a waist of 74 cm. That waist equals size S and is probably a typing error; the maker's table for the red version says 78 cm for M. We would count on 78 cm.

Styling: keep the neckline free
The model wears clear heeled shoes and no necklace. Follow that. A chain would get lost in the ruffle.
Powder pink goes well with nude, silver tones and soft grey. For a cooler day, add a short jacket that ends at the waist so the ruffle is not flattened, or a wrap over the shoulders.
Occasions
The supplier lists it as a formal and cocktail dress. We think of a christening, a communion, a wedding where you are a guest and a festive lunch at work.
It is dressed enough for a ceremony and plain enough for a restaurant afterwards.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so follow the label sewn into the dress.
Hang it with space around it. A ruffle that is squeezed in a full wardrobe needs steaming before you can wear it.

Because the ruffle crosses the body at an angle, it draws a line from one shoulder to the opposite hip. That diagonal is what gives a simple pencil dress its movement, even when you stand still.
