Relevance describes a women's blouse with short sleeves and a round neckline, made of solid material with a decorative patch on the front. That is all.
An earlier title on this page called the patch leather. The maker does not say what the patch is made of, so we now call it a patch and leave it there.
The gallery shows five colours. Light blue and black are no longer available at the wholesaler. The green in the photos is a bright lime, the pink is a deep fuchsia and the beige is a warm sand.

Fabric and feel: cotton jersey with stretch
The composition is 90% cotton and 10% spandex. In the photos the fabric is smooth and matte and falls in soft folds from the shoulder, which fits a cotton jersey.
The maker gives no fabric weight. What the patch is made of is not stated either.
Fit and silhouette: wide on purpose
The size table gives a chest range of 82 to 86 cm for S/M and 91 to 96 cm for L/XL. Those look like body measurements, because the shirt in the photos is clearly wider than that.
So choose the size that matches your own chest and expect room. No length is given; on the models the hem band sits on the hip.

Styling: slim below, loose above
The photos show it with jeans, light and dark. A loose top asks for a narrower bottom: straight jeans, a pencil skirt, cycling shorts in summer.
Tuck one corner of the hem band into your waistband if you want to show your waist.

This is a weekend and holiday shirt. It also works on a casual Friday under a blazer, where only the neckline and the little triangle show.

The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the sewn-in label. Wash the shirt inside out; a sewn-on patch generally lasts better that way, and bright colours such as the lime and the fuchsia keep their strength longer.
