This is a ribbed turtleneck top with long sleeves, made by Lakerta from 85% cotton and 15% spandex. It is the kind of piece you wear under a blazer, a pinafore or a cardigan from October to April.
It comes in one size, 64 cm long with a chest of 94 cm, in off-white, black and a powder beige.

The piece: three colours, three model numbers
Lakerta's description is brief: a women's blouse with a turtleneck and long sleeves, made of ribbed fabric. The size table and the composition are the same for all three colours.
The colour names need a word. The supplier calls two of the three beige. Our button White is the light one, which is an off-white in the photos. Our button Peach is the darker one, a powder beige with a pink tone. Black is black.
In the photos the top is worn with ribbed leggings in the same colour. Those are a separate item and are not included.
Who it's for
For you if you want a fitted layer that is mostly cotton. Many thin turtlenecks are mostly synthetic; this one is 85% cotton.
One size with a chest of 94 cm and 15% spandex covers a fair range, but it is cut close. On a larger bust the rib will open up and the top will sit tighter than in the photos.

An earlier title on this page mentioned a peplum hem. We see a straight hem in the photos and the maker mentions no peplum, so we have dropped it.
Fabric and feel: cotton rib with plenty of stretch
85% cotton and 15% spandex. The cotton makes it breathable and soft against the neck, where a turtleneck matters most. The spandex share is high, so the rib stretches a lot and springs back.
The maker gives no fabric weight. From the photos it is a light knit, a layer and not a jumper.
Fit and silhouette: one size, close to the body
The maker's table has one row: total length 64 cm, chest 94 cm. On the model the hem reaches the hip and the sleeves run over the wrist.
The table does not say whether 94 cm is the garment laid flat and doubled or a body measurement. Compare it with a fitted long-sleeve top you own.

Styling: the layer under everything
Black under a camel blazer, off-white under a navy pinafore dress, powder beige under a grey cardigan. A fitted turtleneck is a background piece, and that is its strength.
Tuck it into high-waisted trousers or a skirt. Worn out over leggings, as in the photos, it reads as loungewear.
Occasions
Wear it to the office under tailoring, at home with soft trousers, or on a cold walk as the first layer under a jumper. It is an everyday piece for the cold months.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the sewn-in label. Cotton rib can shrink in a hot wash or a dryer, so check the label before the first wash.

They are cut long. On the model the cuffs reach past the wrist and cover part of the hand, which keeps your wrists warm under a coat and looks good peeking out of a blazer sleeve.
