These huggie hoop earrings are made of two parts: a small polished hoop that hugs the earlobe, and an oval link that hangs from it, set with rows of small clear stones.
You can choose a silver tone or a gold tone. They come as one pair, in one size. What the supplier states about the material and the stones is in the materials section below.

The piece: what the supplier states
The supplier's own title is "2.16 carat moissanite 925 sterling silver earrings". The spec list reads: one pair; material 18K gold-plated, 925 sterling silver, moissanite; carat weight 2.16; imported.
Two things are left open. The supplier does not say whether 2.16 carat is the total for the pair or the figure per earring, and it sends no certificate that we can show you. We pass on the figures as stated and would rather tell you that than dress it up.
Who they're for
For you if you want one pair of earrings that works with a T-shirt and with a dress. The drop is short, so they move a little without getting caught in a scarf or your hair.
They also make an easy gift for someone with pierced ears, because one size fits and you only need to know whether she wears silver or gold tones.

Materials and build: the supplier's statement
According to the supplier: 18K gold-plated, 925 sterling silver, moissanite, carat weight 2.16. We have no hallmark or certificate on file for this piece.
The base is 925 sterling silver according to the supplier. For the gold option the supplier adds "18K gold-plated", which means a layer of gold over the silver. It is gold in colour and plated; it is not solid gold.
The stones are listed as moissanite, a clear stone that is often chosen as an alternative to diamond. The photos show them set close together in rows, the style jewellers call pavé, so the link reads as one glittering surface.
Size and dimensions: 4.1 cm long, 1.5 cm wide
The supplier's chart gives a length of 4.1 cm and a width of 1.5 cm, converted by us from inches. It gives no weight. The photo on the model shows how that sits: the hoop sits snug on the lobe and the link ends just below it.
The side view shows that the link is slim. If the diameter of the hoop matters to you, for example for a second piercing, ask us before you order and we will ask the supplier.

Styling: hair up, neckline open
Short drops show when your hair is tucked behind your ear or tied up. With a shirt collar or a round neck they have room. With a high roll neck they sit close to the fabric and still work, because they are small.
