The piece: a ring by Tempting Bling-Bling
The ring is sold under the label Tempting Bling-Bling. Our supplier calls it an 18K gold-plated heart-shaped ring, one piece, imported, with no country named.
Let us be clear about what it is. The base is zinc alloy with a layer of 18K gold on top, and the red heart is acrylic, according to the supplier's material list. It is a fashion ring. It is not solid gold and the heart is not a gemstone or enamel.
Who it's for
For you if you like jewellery with a sense of humour. A red heart on your finger is cheerful, and it does not take itself too seriously. It is also a sweet small gift for a friend, a daughter or yourself.

Materials: the supplier's statement
According to the supplier: 18K gold-plated, acrylic, zinc alloy. We have no hallmark or certificate on file for this piece. The supplier does not say how thick the plating is, and it says nothing about nickel. If you react to certain alloys, keep that in mind.
At 3.5 g the ring is light. The acrylic heart has a smooth, glossy surface in the photos.
Size: one size, open band
The supplier sells the ring in one size and gives no ring size in numbers. The photos show why: the band is open at the back, so you can press it a little narrower or ease it wider. The supplier's size chart gives one figure, a width of 1.8 cm converted from inches, which matches the heart width printed on its photo.
Adjust it gently and only a few times. The band's gold-coloured layer does not like being bent back and forth.
Measurements (cm)

Styling: let it be the only red
The photos show it on the index finger with bare hands otherwise. That works. It is also lovely with a white shirt and jeans, where the heart is the one spot of colour.
If you stack rings, keep the others thin and plain so the heart stays the centre.
Occasions
Wear it on Valentine's Day, on a birthday, to a party or on any day that could use a bit of red. As a present it fits in an envelope with a card.
Care: the supplier gives no instructions
There is no care advice in the supplier's data. Gold plating wears with water, soap and friction, so take the ring off to wash your hands, shower or swim, and keep it dry in a small box or pouch.
The wow detail: the beaded rim
A plain red heart would look like a sticker. The row of tiny beads around it gives the ring an old-fashioned finish, like the edge of a locket. It is the reason this ring looks more grown-up than its subject.
