The piece: what we know and what we do not
The supplier's text gives the essentials: a muslin set, a lightweight sleeveless blouse with an elastic band at the bottom, long trousers with a soft elastic waistband and slip pockets.
It gives no fibre composition and no measurements. Our old title said cotton and a scalloped hem. Neither is in the maker's data, so we have taken both out. Muslin is the name of the weave; it is often cotton, but the maker does not say so here.

Who it's for
For you if heat makes you want loose fabric and no waistband that digs in. Both pieces have elastic and nothing else: no zip, no button.

Fabric and feel: crinkled muslin
Muslin is a loose, open weave with a crinkled surface. You see that in the photos: fine ripples all over, and a fabric that falls softly instead of standing stiff. The maker describes it as breathable.
Light colours in an open weave can be a little see-through. In the white set, skin-tone underwear is the safe choice.
Fit: one size, no table
The maker sells the set in one size and gives no measurements at all. We will not guess them. What the photos show: the top ends above the waistband and leaves a strip of midriff, and the trousers reach the floor on the model in flat sandals.
The elastic at the hem of the top and at the waist of the trousers gives a range, but how wide a range is not stated.
Styling: sandals and a small bag
The photos were taken in the sun, with flat sandals and a small handbag. That is all this set needs. Gold-tone jewellery looks good against the hot pink and the blue.
Split the pieces for more use. The trousers go with a fitted tank top; the top works over a high-waisted skirt or shorts.
When to wear it
The maker says warm days, and that is exactly it: a holiday, a city walk in July, lunch on a terrace, a beach bar in the evening. It is too thin and too bare for cooler weather without a layer on top.

Muslin is meant to look crinkled, so in general there is no need to press it flat.
The wow detail: the shoulders
The top has no sleeves, but the shoulders are cut wide and extend over the top of the arm. With the gathered hem below, that gives the top a boxy, slightly square outline that looks more dressed than a tank top.
