This is a men's knit top in a chunky rib, with raglan sleeves and a short button placket under a round neck. Think of it as a jumper with a henley neckline. Leave the two buttons open and it relaxes; close them and it looks neat.
The knit is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, slightly stretchy, and it comes in white, black and navy in sizes M to 3XL.

The piece: a knit top by Soft Glow
The top is sold under the label Soft Glow. Our supplier lists it as ribbed and buttoned, slightly stretchy, in 95% polyester and 5% spandex, and as imported without naming the country.
In the photos the rib is wide and clearly visible. The raglan seams are raised, so they draw two diagonal lines from the neck to the underarm. Cuffs, hem and neckband are knitted in a tighter rib. The white looks like an off-white in the pictures, and the navy is shown only on a hanger, where it reads as a dark blue-grey.
Who it's for
For you if you want one knit that covers the office on Friday and the weekend after it. It is plainer than a patterned jumper and has more going on than a crew neck sweatshirt.
A word on the name. The supplier calls it "plus size", and the chart tells another story: the chest goes from 89.9 cm in M to 105.9 cm in 3XL. Those are modest figures for menswear. Read the size section before you order.

Fabric and feel: a polyester rib knit
The yarn is 95% polyester with 5% spandex. A rib knit stretches across its width and springs back, and the spandex adds to that. The supplier gives no weight for the knit. In the photos it looks like a mid-weight jumper with some drape, not a thick fisherman's knit.
Fit and size: check the chest figure
The supplier's chart, converted from inches and rounded to one decimal: chest 89.9 cm in M, 94 cm in L, 98 cm in XL, 102.1 cm in 2XL and 105.9 cm in 3XL. Length runs from 63 cm to 71.1 cm, the sleeve from 59.9 cm to 64 cm.
The models wear it loose, which suggests the rib opens up on the body or that the chart was measured unstretched. We cannot confirm which. The safe way to choose: measure a jumper that fits you across the chest, double it, and pick the size at or above that number. If in doubt, go up.

Styling: with pleated trousers or jeans
The photos show it over pleated trousers in taupe and cream, hem left out. That is a calm, grown-up look. With dark jeans and boots it turns casual.
The off-white shows the rib and the raglan seams most clearly. Black hides them a little and looks dressier in the evening.
Occasions
Work without a dress code, dinner with family, a weekend away, a birthday. It is an everyday jumper for the cooler months. The supplier says nothing about warmth, so we do not rate it.
Care: machine wash cold
The supplier's instructions: machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Knits keep their shape longer when you dry them flat, so use the dryer sparingly. Check the sewn-in label too.

On most jumpers the raglan seam is hidden. Here it sits on top of the knit like a cord, and it frames the two buttons between the shoulders. It is a small piece of construction left on show, and it gives a plain rib jumper its character.
