The piece: one shoe, four colours
The maker describes high heels in patent faux leather with a shiny finish, pointed toes and an adjustable strap with a buckle, made for evening outfits. The attribute table adds a heel height of 9 cm and a footbed in artificial leather.
The photos show how open the shoe is. The toe is covered, the sides and the back are cut away, and a strap rises from the heel to meet the ankle strap. The heel itself is a thin stiletto.
Our colour buttons do not all match the maker's names. Blush Pink is the maker's beige, a pale pinkish nude. Maroon is the maker's brown, which in the photos is a dark wine brown.
Who it's for

Materials and build: patent faux leather inside and out
Both the upper and the footbed are artificial leather, according to the maker's table. The outside has a patent finish, which means a high, mirror-like gloss. In the photos it reflects the light on the toe and along the heel.
There is no animal hide in these shoes. The supplier lists the pair at 500 grams.
Size and dimensions: insole length per size
The insole is 23.5 cm in size 36, 24 cm in 37, 24.5 cm in 38, 25 cm in 39, 25.5 cm in 40 and 26.5 cm in 41. For the red model the maker lists 26 cm in size 41.
A pointed toe takes some of that length, because your toes do not reach the tip. If your foot is wide or you sit between sizes, the larger size is usually the kinder one. The heel is 9 cm in every size.

Styling: show the ankle
In the photos the pumps are worn with cropped white trousers, and that is the trick: a hem that ends above the strap. Cropped trousers, a midi skirt or a dress all leave the ankle strap in view.
The beige pair lengthens the leg under a pale dress. Black goes with everything. The wine brown and the red are the ones to wear when the rest of the outfit is quiet.
Occasions
The maker made them for the evening. Think of a wedding, a dinner, a premiere or the office party. Nine centimetres on a thin heel is a real heel, so for a long night of standing, bring flats for the way home.
Care: no instructions from the maker
The maker's data has no care text. Patent finishes in general wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and scratch on rough surfaces. Store the pair so the shoes do not touch each other, because dark patent can leave marks on light patent.
The wow detail: the strap that climbs from the heel
Most ankle straps are simply sewn to the sides. Here a second strap rises from the back of the heel and joins the ankle strap, so from the side you see a thin glossy line running up the back of the foot. With the sides cut away, the shoe looks like a point, a heel and a ribbon.
