The supplier describes a midi dress with a slightly flared silhouette, a classic round neckline, a subtle V-shaped cut at the back and short puffy sleeves with lining. The top is lined as well. A concealed zipper closes the back. The dress was designed and made in Poland.
In the photos the sleeves reach the elbow and are gathered into a narrow band. There is a seam at the waist with darts above and below it, so the top follows the body before the skirt opens out.

Fabric and feel: smooth, with a lined top
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. In the photos the fabric is matte and smooth and hangs in a clean line. The maker says the skirt moves nicely when you walk.
Because the top and sleeves are lined, the upper part is less see-through and the sleeves keep their volume. The skirt is not described as lined.
Fit and length: shaped waist, mid-calf hem
The maker's table gives a length of 123 cm in S, 124.5 cm in M, 125 cm in L and 126.5 cm in XL. Chest, waist and hips each go up five centimetres per size: 90, 74 and 104 cm in S, up to 105, 89 and 119 cm in XL.
With a zip and only 5% spandex, the waist needs to fit. Choose by your waist and chest; the skirt has room to spare.

Styling: heels and a clear neckline
The photos show heeled sandals and hair tied back, which lets the V at the back be seen. That is worth copying at least for the party itself.
The red is a bright orange-red. It looks strong with nude or gold-tone shoes and needs no jewellery beyond earrings. The black takes colour well: a red lip, a bright bag. For cooler days add a cropped jacket that ends at the waist seam.
