A sleeveless A-line mini dress with cutout detail at the sides
At first glance this is the simplest dress there is: no sleeves, a round neck, a straight line from shoulder to hem that widens a little on the way down. Then you lift an arm, and there is a cutout at each side of the waist.
Moe designed and made it in Poland. It closes with a concealed zip at the back, has no lining, and measures 86 cm in S and 92 cm in XL.

The piece: a minimalist dress with one idea
The supplier's text is long, but the facts in it are few and clear. A sleeveless mini dress with an A-line cut. Cutouts on the sides, under the arms. A concealed zipper at the back. No lining. Design and production in Poland.
The photos show how the cutout is built. The armhole is finished with a strap that runs to the back, and below that strap a rectangle of fabric is left out. From the front you see nothing. From the side you see a strip of skin at the waist.
The colours you can order are periwinkle, fuchsia pink, black and beige.
Who it's for
For you if you like plain, architectural clothes and want one detail that makes a dress yours. It skims the body instead of holding it, so it is comfortable on hot days.
The cutouts sit at bra-band height. A bandeau or a bra with a low side will stay out of sight; a regular one may show.

Fabric and feel: polyester with 5% spandex, unlined
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. In the photos the fabric is smooth and matte and firm enough to keep the A shape without clinging. The maker gives no weight.
There is no lining, which keeps the dress light. With the beige one, check your underwear colour in daylight before you leave the house.
Fit and silhouette: loose from the chest down
The dress fits at the chest and shoulders and hangs free below. Size M has a chest of 93 cm and hips of 105 cm, and each size adds 5 cm to both. The table gives no waist, which makes sense for an A-line.
Length goes from 86 cm in S to 92 cm in XL, 2 cm per size. It is a mini on the model. If you want it a little longer, going up a size gives you 2 cm and more room everywhere, so only do that if you like a loose fit.

Styling: shoes with a point of view
The model wears pink lace-up heels with the blue, periwinkle, fuchsia and black dresses, and white mules with the beige one. A plain dress can take a strong shoe.
In summer, flat sandals and a basket bag make it a daytime dress. For the evening, add heels and big earrings. A cropped jacket works over it, as long as it ends above the cutouts.
Occasions
The maker calls it ideal for warm days, and we would keep it there: terrace drinks, a city trip, a summer birthday, a garden party. The black one also works for a night out.
For a strict office the cutouts may be a step too far, unless you keep a blazer on.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so follow the label sewn into the dress.
A general habit: close the zip before washing, so it cannot catch on the edges of the cutouts.
