This mini dress by Moe is all about line. The shoulders are padded and squared, the sleeves are long and narrow, and two seams run down the front to shape the body. Where one of them reaches the hem, it opens into a short slit.
The dress is 89 cm long in size S and 93.5 cm in XL. It is designed and sewn in Poland.

The piece: models 184735 to 184738 by Moe
Moe is a Polish label that sells through a fashion wholesaler. The supplier's description is brief and technical: long narrow sleeves, modelling stitching on the front, no lining, a covered zip, and shoulders with high pads sewn in.
Three colours are active at the supplier. The one it calls green is a dark grey-green in the photos, pink is a bright fuchsia, and black is black. The cobalt blue in the first photos is no longer on the maker's list, so it can only be ordered while the button shows it.
Who it's for
For you if you like tailoring. Shoulder pads give the dress the stance of a blazer, and a plain round neck keeps it sober. It covers the arms and the chest and shows leg.
If you dislike structure at the shoulder, this is not your dress: the pads are sewn in and the supplier calls them high.

The maker does not say where the zip sits. The front photos show none, so it is at the back or the side.
Fabric and feel: polyester with stretch, no lining
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The maker gives no fabric name. In the photos the cloth is matte and smooth and keeps a clean edge at the shoulder and the hem, so it has enough body to hold a tailored shape.
The dress is unlined. That keeps it light, and it means the fabric sits directly on your skin or tights.
Fit and silhouette: straight and short
Size M measures 93 cm at the chest, 79 cm at the waist and 101 cm at the hips, and is 90 cm long. Each size adds 5 cm in width. The shoulders are built out by the pads, so they will look wider than your own.
On the model the hem sits at mid-thigh. With a length of around 90 cm from the shoulder, check where that lands on you before you plan to sit on a bar stool in it.

Styling: bare legs or sheer tights, simple shoes
The photos show nude pointed pumps with every colour, which lengthens the leg and leaves the shoulders as the focus. That is the easy way to wear it.
In winter, sheer black tights and ankle boots work with the black and the grey-green. The fuchsia needs very little: small earrings and a plain bag. Skip a necklace, since the round neck sits high.
Occasions
The supplier files it under day dresses. In black or grey-green it is a dress for a presentation, a business dinner or an opening. In fuchsia it is a party dress with sleeves. It is short, so judge the office version by your own workplace.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress. Shoulder pads in general keep their shape longer when the garment is dried on a hanger and not folded over a line.
The wow detail: a seam that ends in a slit
The two front seams are there to shape the dress, and one of them has a second job. A few centimetres above the hem it stops being sewn and becomes a slit. It is off-centre, short and easy to miss, and it gives a strict dress one small asymmetric note.
