This flutter-sleeve fit-and-flare midi dress by With You has a fitted top with a V-neck, sleeves that fall open like small capes and a skirt that swings out from the waist.

The supplier files this under cocktail dresses and describes a V-neckline, loose ruffled sleeves, a decorative belt with delicate embellishments and a flared bottom. It closes with a concealed zip.
The colour is called dirty pink in the supplier text. We would say dusty pink: a soft, slightly greyed rose.
The gallery still shows the dress in lilac, white and beige. Those colours are no longer supplied. Of the pink, the wholesaler has one piece left as we write this, so the size buttons tell you what can still be ordered.
Who it's for
For you if you are a wedding guest or going to a baptism and want sleeves, a covered knee and room to dance. This dress gives you all three.

Fabric and feel: mostly cotton
The composition is 60% cotton, 35% polyester and 5% spandex. A cotton-rich fabric is unusual for an occasion dress, and pleasant: it is matte and it breathes.
In the photos the fabric is smooth with a slight sheen and enough weight for the skirt to fall in deep waves. The spandex gives the bodice a little stretch.
Fit and silhouette: fitted top, wide skirt
The bodice is fitted to the waist and the skirt is free, so choose by chest and waist. Size 40 is listed with a chest of 96 cm and a waist of 78 cm; size 44 with 104 cm and 86 cm.
The length barely changes: 110 cm in 38 and 40, 111 cm from 42 up. Measure from your shoulder down to see where that ends on you.

Styling: light shoes, small bag
In the photos the dress is worn with clear heeled sandals and a headband. Nude or metallic sandals keep it light.
The belt already has some sparkle, so earrings are enough. For a cool evening, a short jacket that ends at the belt keeps the waist visible.

The supplier lists weddings, receptions and baptisms. A dusty pink dress with a belt is a classic guest outfit, and midi length suits a church as well as a party.
