Leather platform lace-up boots on a 5 cm sculpted sole
Half sneaker, half boot. These platform lace-up boots stand on a sole that the maker lists at 5 cm, and in the photos that sole is carved with wavy grooves from heel to toe.
The upper is leather according to the maker, the shaft is 12.5 cm high, and there are two colours: an off-white pair with a terracotta edge on the sole, and an all-black pair.

The piece: models 219250 and 219251
The wholesaler files these under the brand Step in Style, and its description calls them GOE women's ankle boots. A small GOE logo is visible on the tongue. We give you both names because both are in the supplier's data.
Model 219250 is the light pair. The supplier calls the colour beige, our button says Off White, and the photos show a cream white. Model 219251 is black.
The description says the boots are laced and have two zips at the back, on the sides, to make them easier to put on. In the photos you can see a zip pull at the heel.
Who they're for
For you if you like the look of chunky sneakers and want something that covers the ankle for autumn. You get 5 cm of extra height without a heel, because the sole is thick along its whole length.
They are a bold shape. On a small foot the sole looks big, and that is the point.

For lining and footbed the supplier's data says "shoe cover". We can't tell what that means, so we leave the lining open. Ask us if it matters to you.
Materials and build: leather, says the maker
The supplier states leather twice: in the material field and in the description. We have no certificate or tannery name, so we repeat it as the maker's statement. In the photos the upper has a fine grain and soft creases around the laces.
The sole material is not given. It looks like a moulded sneaker sole, light in colour on the off-white pair and black on the black pair.
Size and dimensions: insole length per size
The table gives the insole length. Size 36 is 23 cm and size 37 is 24 cm, a full centimetre apart. After that the steps are half a centimetre: 24.5 cm in 38, 25 cm in 39 and 25.5 cm in 40.
The maker gives no width. Laces let you adjust the fit over the instep, and the two back zips mean you can set the laces once and leave them.

Styling: let the sole show
The photos show bare legs, so you can see the whole shoe. Day to day, cropped straight jeans or leggings do the same job. Wide trousers that cover the sole waste it.
The off-white pair lifts dark winter outfits. The black pair disappears under black trousers and adds height quietly.
Occasions
The supplier calls them shoes for everyday wear, with casual and bolder outfits. That fits: school run, city, a festival field. The maker makes no claim about rain or cold, and neither do we.
Care: treat them as leather
The maker gives no care instructions. For smooth leather in general: brush off dry dirt, wipe with a slightly damp cloth, and use a colourless leather cream now and then. Test any product on the inside of the tongue first, above all on the off-white pair.
The grooves in the sole collect grit. An old toothbrush gets it out.
The wow detail: the sole
It is 5 cm thick and shaped like something poured, with ridges that flow around an oval in the middle. On the off-white pair a terracotta-brown line traces the bottom edge. People will look at your feet first.
