All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.

Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes our suppliers to prepare your order for shipment, which includes quality checks, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the specific products ordered. Our products are shipped from various locations through our Fulfillments Centers.

Australia/New Zealand:

European Union:

Rest of World:

  • Standard Shipping: 14-21 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Carriers

We work with various shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Shipping Costs

Address Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, occasionally delays may occur due to:

Order Splitting

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different supplier locations. In such cases, you may receive multiple packages at different times. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or others at your address who may have accepted the package
  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to inquire about the delivery details
  3. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service team

For packages damaged during transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products, and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

Clothing Bank Program Shipping

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we offer the Clothing Bank Program which allows you to donate gently used clothing items. When you receive your Wow Store package, you can use the included return shipping label to send back clothing you no longer need. This service is provided at no additional cost to you as part of our social responsibility initiatives.

International Orders — Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

 

Orders shipped outside the EU, UK, USA, Switzerland, Scandinavia and Australia are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid: shipping is prepaid at checkout, and any import taxes or customs duties charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. WowStore cannot calculate or refund these local charges.
