Common Questions
Is the €250/€600/€2,000/€5,000 Year 1 return guaranteed?
Yes. 20% of every founding pack sold goes into a ringfenced reward reserve that is used exclusively to fund Year 1 returns. The reserve is calculated to cover all commitments at current uptake. Returns are distributed monthly as Wows credited to your account.
What is a Reef Number?
Your Reef Number is your permanent founding identity on WowStore. Reef #1 is the first founder. Reef #900 is the last. Numbers are assigned in the order packs are purchased. They appear on your profile, on your badge, and in the Founding Charter permanently.
What happens if I want my money back?
Founding packs are non-refundable after 14 days. Before 14 days, you may request a full refund and your Reef Number will be returned to the pool. After 14 days, the commitment is locked — your Wows, returns, and milestones are already in motion.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Once the founding season closes, tiers cannot be upgraded. If you want a higher tier, claim it now — spots are limited and when they're gone, they're gone.
What is $CORAL?
$CORAL is WowStore's ecosystem token on the Polygon blockchain. Fixed supply of 10 million tokens. Founders can convert Wows to $CORAL at the founding rate (5,000 Wows = 1 CORAL). $CORAL represents ownership in the WowStore ecosystem — the reef that connects international commerce to every shore.
