1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with WowStore ("WowStore", "WowStore.live", "we", "us") through our social media integrations on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform where WowStore App operates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

WowStore App provides social commerce and community engagement services across multiple social media platforms. Our services include:

  • Product discovery and shopping through social media channels
  • Community engagement and customer support via comments and messages
  • Live shopping events and product demonstrations
  • AI-assisted customer service responses
  • Personalized product recommendations

3. Platform-Specific Terms

3.1 TikTok

WowStore App integrates with TikTok through the TikTok API. When using WowStore on TikTok:

  • You must comply with TikTok Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
  • Your public interactions with WowStore content may be used for community management
  • Product purchases through TikTok Shop are subject to these terms and our Refund Policy
  • WowStore may respond to your comments using AI-assisted technology

3.2 Facebook and Instagram

WowStore operates pages on Facebook (Carte Blanche Amsterdam, Art of Beauty, Love to The Family) and Instagram (@wowstore.live). Interactions are governed by Meta Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

3.3 YouTube

WowStore YouTube channel features live shopping and educational content. Participation in live events is subject to YouTube Terms of Service.

4. AI-Assisted Communication

WowStore App uses artificial intelligence to help respond to your inquiries. You acknowledge that:

  • Some responses may be generated or assisted by AI technology
  • AI responses are designed to be helpful but may contain inaccuracies
  • You can always request to speak with a human representative
  • Sensitive matters (complaints, refunds, legal issues) are handled by human staff

  • Attempt to exploit or abuse our AI-assisted systems
