How the line works

Three named causes. CARE International UK (women and girls out of poverty), Cool Earth (rainforest, with the Indigenous communities who live there) and Project Zero (ocean protection).

5% of the sale, not of profit. It is worked out on the price you pay, so it never depends on whether we made a profit.

Paid through a registered charity. Virtue Impact passes each contribution through PayPal Giving Fund UK (registered charity no. 1110538) to the cause you picked.

No extra cost to you. You pay the price on the product page. The 5% comes out of our side of it.
Questions before you order
When do I choose my cause?
Right after you place your order. You pick one of three: CARE International UK, Cool Earth or Project Zero. It costs you nothing extra.
Is it 5% of profit?
No. It is 5% of each sale, worked out on the price you pay. Virtue Impact passes it through PayPal Giving Fund UK (registered charity no. 1110538) to the cause you picked.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where your piece ships from. The product page shows it under the buy button:
- Made or shipped from Europe · usually 2–7 business days
- Ships from our partner warehouse · usually 3–10 business days
- Ships from our international partner · usually 5–14 business days
Delivery in the EU is free on orders over €69. Below that, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. The piece needs to be unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. Email support@wowstore.live and we send you a return label and instructions. Sale items, gift cards, personalised items and personal care products cannot be returned; in the EU you can still withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving it. Read the full refund policy.
