During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, end-of-season sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Netherlands, EU and UK orders over €69. Australia & New Zealand orders ship free over €129. For other international destinations, rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@wowstore.live.

For orders shipped within the EU, all applicable VAT is included in the product price. No additional customs duties apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Military addresses (APO/FPO) may experience extended delivery times.
During major sale events and holiday seasons (November-January), higher order volumes may result in slightly longer processing and delivery times. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
