Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all EU orders over €69. For the UK, free shipping applies to orders over €89, and for the US, orders over €99. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, we are here to help:

Package not arrived: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 extra business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged package: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong item received: Contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Military addresses (APO/FPO) may experience extended delivery times.

During major sale events and holiday seasons (November-January), higher order volumes may result in slightly longer processing and delivery times. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
