Items should be clean, wearable, and in good condition. Minor wear is acceptable, but items should have significant useful life remaining.

While we can't track individual items, we provide quarterly reports showing which organizations received donations and their impact.

As we provide store credit for donations, they typically don't qualify as charitable contributions. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.

Items that don't meet quality standards for reuse are sent to our textile recycling partners who transform them into new materials.
