Before you complete your order

Take two quiet minutes before you press checkout. This simple habit avoids almost all disappointing orders.

First, open the size guide one more time for the items in your basket. Double check one measurement that matters most to you for that piece. For trousers, that is usually the inside leg. For tops, it is usually the shoulder width. For dresses, it is often the length.

Second, check the return policy so you know how this works. You can read the full Returns page any time. All standard rules apply for orders within the Netherlands and the EU.

Third, remember you can save your basket and come back later. There is no timer, no pressure to finish the order right now. Come back tomorrow, if that feels better.

After your order arrives

When your parcel arrives, try everything on when you have 10 quiet minutes. Don't leave it folded in the bag for two weeks.

If something does not fit right, or does not look how you expected it would, that is normal. This happens to everyone who shops online. Follow the return steps explained on the website.

Once you decide you are keeping an item, add it to your Virtual Closet. Read the washing and care notes, and save the fabric care guide for reference.
