At WowStore.live, we partner with trusted European and international fulfillment centers to bring you quality fashion as quickly as possible. All orders include tracking so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, end-of-season sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Every product page shows the delivery time for that item under the buy button. It depends on where the item ships from. Times below are business days to the Netherlands and the rest of the EU, counted from your order to your door (processing included).

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Netherlands, EU and UK orders over €69. Australia & New Zealand orders ship free over €129. For other international destinations, rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@wowstore.live.

The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and package specifications to provide the fastest delivery at the best rate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the EU, all applicable VAT is included in the product price. No additional customs duties apply.

For orders shipped outside the EU (UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Switzerland & Norway: selected items only, sent tracked by our partners (estimated 10–14 business days, flat €14.90 at checkout); if an item cannot be delivered to your country, checkout tells you before payment. For Swiss orders up to €150, we refund any Swiss import charges — VAT and the carrier’s handling fee included — just send a photo of the receipt to support@wowstore.live. Orders under approximately €65 usually clear Swiss customs with no charges at all.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, we are here to help:

Package not arrived: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 extra business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged package: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong item received: Contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Military addresses (APO/FPO) may experience extended delivery times.

Peak Season Notice

During major sale events and holiday seasons (November-January), higher order volumes may result in slightly longer processing and delivery times. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
